Meridian Agro Refund Policy

This policy outlines the conditions and process for requesting a refund from Meridian Agro.

General Refund Information:

  • Refunds cover the product price only. Delivery charges are non-refundable as they are accounted for by a third party.
  • The time required to process your refund typically takes 5-7 working days from the date Meridian Agro initiates the refund process, depending on the refund type and original payment method.
  • The refund period commences once your refund request is processed by Meridian Agro according to the specific refund type’s criteria.

Types of Refunds and Processes:

 

  1. Refunds for Damaged or Rotten Products:
    • If you receive products that are damaged or rotten, you may be eligible for a refund.
    • To initiate a refund for damaged or rotten goods, you must submit a complaint to our CRM team.
    • Your complaint must include authentic pictures and videos taken upon receiving the products as proof of the damage or spoilage.
    • Our CRM team will investigate your complaint and take appropriate action within 5-7 working days of receiving your complete information.
    • Important Note: While receiving your package from the drop-off station or pickup agent, please physically check your products and report any deviations or issues with the products or cartons immediately to them if possible, and follow up with your complaint to our CRM team.
  2. Refunds for Canceled Orders:
    • Refunds for canceled orders are automatically initiated only if the cancellation is made before the order has been processed for delivery.
    • Once the delivery process has begun or been completed, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided for the canceled order.
